Virgin America is committed to conducting business in a way that is consistent with our values and supports a variety of worthy causes and community organizations, such as Stand Up to Cancer, California State Parks Foundation and the KIPP, Knowledge is Power Program. Virgin America also supports multiple programs and partners under the Virgin Unite umbrella such as Galactic Unite, an initiative that aims to inspire students to seek answers to global challenges through science, engineering, math and business entrepreneurship education. Virgin pilots and engineers serve as mentors in the program, which is initially aimed at K-12 youth. Virgin Unite is the non-profit foundation of the Virgin Group, uniting people to tackle tough social and environmental problems in an entrepreneurial way. Virgin America is also an active member of local civic organizations, including the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, the Bay Area Council and the California and San Francisco Chambers of Commerce.

Charitable support requests: Virgin America supports select nonprofit organizations through in-kind ticket donations that can be used for fundraising purposes. Because we are a new and growing airline and receive hundreds of such requests each month we are not able to accommodate or respond to every single worthy cause. We will however review each request we receive and be in touch if we are able to support the cause. • A brief description of the charity or event
• An outline of the request (i.e. free tickets, donation, etc.)
• An email address, so that we may respond if we are able to support
