What do you do?

I coordinate onsite interviews, and flight and hotel arrangements. I also handle the back-end process of recruiting, which is the background check. Aside from my People responsibilities, I help out the Marketing group and even pitched in on our reservation system. We wear different hats each day.

Why do it at Virgin America?

Virgin America is a great brand as a start-up company; it offers more room to grow and tons of opportunities. Plus, I’m an airline junkie shot up with jet fuel.

What’s the coolest place you’ve traveled to and why?

Every place I visit is cool to me (I’ve mostly visited Asia). I love to travel and eat – the fun of traveling is to experience unique local specialties & flavors (the perfect combo)!

Do you know how to work the phone in the conference room?

Haven’t had the chance to use it but I think I could figure it out.

How often do you wash your jeans?

2 – 3 times a month.
