* TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DOUBLE POINTS PROMOTION

• To qualify for double points, Elevate account must be entered at the time of booking.
• Please note that double credit awards are equal to 10 points per $1 spent on the base fare.
• Elevate points will be awarded in two steps:
  • After the flight is flown, the normal 5 points per $1 will be posted to the eligible Elevate account.
  • Within 30 days after the flight being flown, the 5 additional bonus points per $1 will be posted to the eligible Elevate account (for a total of 10 points per $1.)
• Double points will be credited only towards NEW bookings purchased between 10/12/09 and 10/18/09.
• Elevate members must register for this promotion between 10/12/09 and 10/18/09 to qualify.
• Reservations must be booked between 10/12/09 and 10/18/09.
• Travel must be between 10/12/09 and 12/15/09 to qualify for double points.
• Reward travel on Elevate points will not qualify for this promotion.
• Changes made to your itinerary to a date outside the travel promotion period will result in disqualification from the promotion.
• Changes made to bookings that were created prior to 10/12/09 do not qualify for the promotion.
• Elevate award travel will be subject to certain fees.
• All Elevate program rules and regulations will apply.
