So many flights, so little time; while we welcome the opportunity to keep you in the know about your upcoming flights, we realize that sometimes you don't want us blowing up your cell or filling up your inbox. You can unsubscribe in two ways:

All Flight Alerts

Unsubscribe from all flight alerts by entering your PIN, selecting the e-mail address and/or phone number that you'd like to unsubscribe, and clicking the Unsubscribe button.

Flight by Flight

Unsubscribe from specific flights by flight by entering the flight details of the alert you'd like to opt-out of along with the contact information.

How many points will I earn?

You earn five points per dollar on your base fare, before government taxes. Your points will be posted to your Elevate account after you have taken your flight.

If more than one person is traveling, each person can earn five points per dollar in their Elevate account. You receive points for your seat but not for seats you purchase on behalf of others.

	Your [Virgin America] confirmation code can be found in the confirmation email we sent to you after you booked your flight. It is also located on the Itinerary and Receipt page, which you may have printed after completing your purchase.

	If you booked your Virgin America ticket from a travel agency your confirmation code should be located on your itinerary and receipt. The confirmation should be a 6 digit alpha numeric code often times identified with the heading "record locator", "PNR", or "confirmation".
