Our Contract of Carriage along with the information
printed on the Guest Information sheet, e-ticket receipt, reservation confirmation, published
schedule or on the Virgin America internet site is a contract between you, the Guest, and Virgin
America. By making a reservation and accepting transportation on Virgin America, you agree to
these terms and conditions.
Thanks to our team of very dedicated Question Answerers (yes, that’s

Online Check-In
Virgin America lets you check in from the comfort
of your home computer, 24 hours prior to your flight, and up until
90 minutes before it takes off. Simply print out your boarding
pass on your home printer, bypass the ticket line and head directly
to your gate.
Kiosk Check-In Use your credit card or
your confirmation number at one of our convenient kiosks to check in
for your flight. Your reservation will appear right on the screen.
Just print out your boarding pass and head to your gate.
Counter Check-In
If the good
old-fashioned ticket counter is more your speed, one of our friendly
team members will be happy to get you checked-in for your flight and
ready to head to your gate.
When you fly with us, Virgin America is happy to keep you on
time, every time. To check a schedule, all you’ll need to know is
the cities the guest is flying to and flying from, as well as the
date. Then we’ll show you when we fly.
