	Booking flights is easy on virginamerica.com. Go to our homepage and search for flights right on the site. Click on "Search Flights" and choose a round trip, one way, or multi-city flight. Once you've entered in the dates and cities for your trip, click "Search Flights" and you'll be taken to our unique flight select page, which allows you to pick the right flight for you. The rest of the process is easy, and you'll find helpful hints along the way to make your booking experience even better.




	Elevate lets you earn free travel after as few as four roundtrips. No blackout dates. No capacity controls. No problem!




	Main Cabin and Main Cabin Select Guests are welcome to check one bag free of charge. First Class Cabin Guests are welcome to check two bags free of charge. In addition, all of our guests can bring one carry-on and one personal item (e.g. purse, briefcase, laptop case, etc.). Please see our FAQ for fees for additional and overweight baggage. We know there's nothing fun about standing at the baggage claim and having your bags not show up. If this happens, we want to get things fixed for you. First, go to our Baggage Service office, which is near the baggage claim area or at our ticket counter, to report your missing baggage. The baggage service team member will create a tracing file and provide updates to you regarding the status of your baggage. Baggage claims must be filed within four hours of your flight's arrival. You can use your baggage tracing number to trace your missing baggage at our baggage tracer site. The hours for Central Baggage are 8 AM-5 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday.




	Whether you're an aisle person or you'd rather get an eyeful of the view from the window, Virgin America lets you pick your seat online. You can select from the open seats available on your flight.




	Need to change your reservation? No problem. Flight and/or date changes for Main Cabin bookings to another Main Cabin flight will incur an additional $75.00 change fee per person and any applicable fare difference will be credited or collected. If you booked a Fully Refundable Main Cabin fare you may change your reservation and will not incur a change fee, however any applicable fare difference will be collected or refunded. Flight and/or date changes that involve First Class or Main Cabin Select, including upgrades, downgrades or changes within those two cabins, will incur no change fee, and any applicable fare difference will be credited or collected.





	Making group bookings is fast and easy. If your group has 10 or more guests, please call 1.877.FLY.VIRGIN (1.877.359.8474) to reserve your seats.




	Cancellations for Main Cabin reservations will be subject to a $75 fee per guest. There is no cancellation fee for Main Cabin Select or First Class reservations. The remaining balance will be applied as a credit to your Virgin America account for travel on Virgin America within the next 12 months. If you purchased a Fully Refundable Main Cabin fare there is no cancellation fee and the ticket amount will be refunded to you. If you purchased a Main Cabin fare with Elevate Points, you will be charged a $75 redeposit fee if you cancel your flight.
