The Virgin America Loft at LAX is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily, but we reserve the right to update these hours as needed.
Access: All Virgin America guests are eligible to purchase day passes to the Loft, including guests traveling on Virgin America airline partners. Complimentary Loft access is available to guests who have purchased full-fare First Class long-haul tickets on Virgin America, and Elevate Gold and Elevate Silver members with annually-allotted day passes.

The Virgin America Loft is located past security at Terminal 3 on the upper level. You can access the Loft by taking the stairs or elevator, both located near the food court.
Rules:
The Virgin America Loft is open to any Virgin America guest who presents a day pass or pays the $40 entrance fee, including guests flying on Virgin America’s airline partners.
However, Virgin America guests under the age of 12 are not allowed access to the Loft, and guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Click here to view access rules for Virgin Australia guests.
Complimentary access is available to guests who have purchased Virgin America full-fare First Class long haul tickets, and Elevate Gold and Elevate Silver members within their annual allotment of free day passes.
Tickets eligible for complimentary Virgin America Loft access are for full-fare First Class flights in Classes C, D, and J, on our long-haul routes between LAX and BOS, DCA, EWR, IAD, FLL, JFK, MCO, ORD and PHL.
Alcoholic beverages will be served only to guests over the age of 21.
Any Virgin America Loft day passes purchased at LAX are good for the day of purchase and at LAX only.
Guests must present their Virgin America Loft day pass and boarding pass upon entry. If they do not have a boarding pass, guests will need to present a pass from an LAX airport gate.
A picture ID may be required for entry.
We’re unable to allow pets inside the Virgin America loft.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable, including, but not limited to: guests perceived to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, guests wearing offensive general attire, or guests displaying unruly behavior.
