To check if your flight has been cancelled, please check your flight status here. If your flight is cancelled and you do not wish to re-book for a later date, please fill out the form below and we will waive the cancel fee and cancel all remaining flights in your itinerary within one week.
By filling out the form below you are agreeing to cancel all remaining segments of your reservation for all guests listed on the itinerary and that your flights are covered within our Hurricane Sandy Travel Advisory. If you wish to cancel one segment, but keep the other, please call us at 1.877.359.8474. Please also take note of the following:
If you booked your flight through a travel agent or third party site like Priceline, Expedia or Travelocity, please contact that party for changes, cancellations, credits or refunds. However, if you book through Orbitz, we can assist you with your cancellation.
Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund to either a Travel Bank account or to your original form of payment.
If you wish to receive a refund to your original form of payment, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card.
