The Virgin America Loft at LAX is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily, but we reserve the right to update these hours as needed.
Access: All guests traveling on Virgin America or Virgin America partner airlines and passengers departing from LAX Terminal 3 are eligible to purchase Loft day passes. Complimentary Loft access is available to Virgin America guests who've purchased full-fare First Class long-haul tickets on Virgin America, as well as to Elevate Gold and Elevate Silver members with annually allotted day passes. Elevate Gold and Elevate Silver members may purchase additional passes for themselves or travel companions at discounted rates.
Priority Pass or Lounge Club cardholders may access the Loft by presenting their valid membership card. Cardholders may be accompanied by immediate family members or up to two business associates.

Day passes are available for purchase through online check-in, at the airport upon check-in, and through our Call Center at 1.877.FLY.VIRGIN (877.359.8474).
The Virgin America Loft is located past security at Terminal 3 on the upper level. You can access the Loft by taking the stairs or elevator, both located near the food court.

The Virgin America Loft is open to any guests flying Virgin America or a Virgin America partner airline or other passengers departing from LAX Terminal 3 who present a day pass or pay the $40 per person entrance fee.
However guests under the age of 12 are not allowed access to the Loft, and guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.
Complimentary access is available to guests who have purchased Virgin America full-fare First Class long-haul tickets, as well as to Elevate Gold and Elevate Silver members with annually allotted day passes.
Virgin America tickets eligible for complimentary Loft access are for full-fare First Class flights in Classes C, D, and J on our long-haul routes between LAX and BOS, DCA, EWR, IAD, FLL, JFK, MCO, and PHL.
Elevate Gold and Elevate Silver members may purchase additional access passes at discounted rates directly at the Loft on the day of travel for themselves and any accompanying guests holding a valid Virgin America boarding pass.
Any Virgin America Loft day passes purchased at LAX are good for the day of purchase and at LAX only.
All guests must present their Virgin America Loft day pass and a valid boarding pass for same-day travel upon entry. If they do not have a boarding pass, guests will need to present a pass from an LAX airport gate.
Members of Priority Pass (including Priority Pass Select) and Lounge Club may access the Loft by presenting their current valid membership card. Eligible entry for cardholder guests will be limited to immediate family members or up to two business associates.
A picture ID may also be required for entry.
Alcoholic beverages will be served only to guests over the age of 21.
We’re unable to allow pets inside the Virgin America loft.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable, including, but not limited to: guests perceived to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, guests wearing offensive general attire, or guests displaying unruly behavior.
