Check in at m.virginamerica.com and grab a paperless boarding pass–available on your gadget of choice, and good for trips to select Virgin America destinations.
If you’re using a mobile boarding pass for the first time, or if you’re having trouble retrieving your pass after you’ve checked in, try the following steps:
After you’ve checked in on our web or mobile site, go to “Check-In” and tap the “View Boarding Pass” button. If you see the “Check-In” button again, tap it and select “View Boarding Pass.”
When you arrive at airport security, make sure the entire barcode of your mobile boarding pass is visible on the screen of your device, and that your backlight setting set to the brightest possible level. If you have any trouble, you can also print a paper boarding pass at the self-service kiosk, or ask any available Virgin America teammate for assistance.
