How to keep Elevate Silver Status:
As soon as you've earned 20,000 Elevate status points, you'll be automatically upgraded to Elevate Silver. Once you have it, your status is good for the rest of the calendar year, and a full year after that. So, if you earn 20,000 status points on May 1, 2014, you'll keep your Elevate Silver Status through February 28, 2016. After your first full year of Elevate Silver Status, you'll need to earn 20,000 status points by December 31 each year to renew your benefits. If you earn fewer than 20,000 Elevate status points in a calendar year, no worries. We'll just renew your Elevate membership in Red Status, and you can keep earning points toward reward flights with no blackout dates.
