How to earn Elevate points:
You earn Elevate points with Virgin Atlantic based on the type of fare you purchase and the distance you fly. So the farther you go, the more points you earn. Just make sure to check at the time of booking to see if your class of travel is eligible for Elevate points, and remember to include your Elevate number when you book. Visit www.virginatlantic.com to choose your destination, check flight availability, and grab a seat. Please note: Only flights operated by Virgin Atlantic are eligible for earning Elevate points. Unfortunately, we're unable to award Elevate points for flights operated by Virgin Atlantic code share partners.

The table below shows the number of points you earn for each mile traveled in each Virgin Atlantic class of service.

An example of how many points you could earn on a Virgin Atlantic flight:
If you fly on Virgin Atlantic from London (LHR) to New York (JFK) in Premium Economy, you would receive the following:
LHR-JFK Base Miles (Round Trip): 6,916
Premium Economy: 50% of miles flown
Elevate points: 3,458 points

Can I claim points from a previous flight?
Any Virgin Atlantic flight on or after August 10, 2010 is eligible for Elevate points if you are already an Elevate member. You have six months from the date of your flight to request credit. Call us at 1.877.FLY.VIRGIN (1.877.359.8474) between the hours of 3:30am - 11:30pm Pacific Time and we’ll be glad to assist you.
