Singles Mix and Mingle while Traveling to Las Vegas in Style
San Francisco, Calif. - June 18, 2008 - Virgin America, the California-based airline that is bringing fun and style back to flying, today partnered with Match.com to bring singles aboard the airline's "SuperFly" Wednesday night series for an evening of social networking and fun. Bob Guiney formerly of "The Bachelorette" and "The Bachelor" will be on the flight to encourage guests to meet their match and stir things up en route from San Francisco to Las Vegas. Upon landing, the fun continues at Tao Lounge at The Venetian Las Vegas with a complimentary sponsored bar from 9:30 pm until 11:00 pm.
"We've had an overwhelming response from guests since we started the SuperFly Wednesday flight series," said Dimitrios Papadogonas, Virgin America's Director of Marketing. "With swanky, mood lit cabins and a seat-to-seat chat feature, we've noticed that our planes have become a new place for social networking and for singles to meet.
